  • 1. Ausbildung von TIDE-Freiwilligen in Projektentwicklung und -management.
    2. Organisation einer Konferenz zur Gleichberechtigung der Geschlechter.
    3. “Youth Engagement Forums”
    4. Weiterbildung für junge Männer, die als Motorradfahrer ??? in der Hauptstadt Juba ein Auskommen erwirtschaften.
    5. Workshop zum Internationalen Tag der Jugend
    6. Schulung von Jugendlichen, Frauen und Studierenden in den Bereichen Menschenrechte, Führungskompetenzen, strategische Interessenvertretung (advocacy), Friedensförderung und Konfliktmanagement.

  • • This project will help TIDE empower women, youth and students on human rights, gender based violence prevention, transformational leadership, strategic advocacy, entrepreneurship and financial literacy, organize gender equality conference among others.

As TIDE we believe in them and therefore, last week we trained over 25 motorists in Juba under the "Enhancing Leadership and Financial Management Skills for Bodo-Boda Cyclists in Juba 2024. By empowering them with the skills, they will be able to execute effective leadership, manage their daily earnings to support their livelihoods and build resilience.
